E-Warmup.com is a subscription-based SaaS platform designed to improve email deliverability through features such as email warmup, inbox rotation, email deliverability monitoring, and other automated tools to improve email health.
This policy outlines how we fulfill our services, handle cancellations, and approach refund requests. By subscribing to E-Warmup.com, you accept the following conditions.
1 . Service Delivery Policy
All services provided by E-Warmup.com are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, users are granted immediate access to their selected subscription plan and its associated features through their online account at https://app.e-warmup.com.
Our services do not involve physical delivery. The complete benefits of your subscription are provided immediately upon purchase, as platform access and tools become available right away.
We strongly encourage users to test the platform during the available free trial period (if offered) before committing to a paid plan.
2 . Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge the following:
- • Your access to E-Warmup.com services begins immediately upon successful payment.
- • Due to the digital and immediate nature of our tools, refunds—whether full or partial—are not provided.
- • This applies even if the service wasn't used, was set up incorrectly, or didn't meet your expectations for your particular needs.
2.1. No Exceptions
- • Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
- • Signing up under the wrong email.
- • Not obtaining the expected outcomes from the features.
- • Switching plans or repurchasing under discounted pricing.
2.2. Technical Issues
If you encounter a technical issue, please contact us at support@e-warmup.com, and we'll work to resolve it or provide guidance. Our goal is to offer reliable assistance via automated processes, with human intervention escalated as needed.
3 . Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be terminated at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible in your account's billing section.
After canceling:
• Your plan remains active for the remainder of the current billing period.
• No additional billing will take place once the cancellation is confirmed.
• You'll keep complete access to all paid features until the end of your current cycle.
3.1. Important Notice
Please process cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your renewal to avoid unexpected fees. We're not responsible for delays in cancellation, issues with external platforms, or access problems due to outdated credentials.
4 . Support & Dispute Handling
E-Warmup is designed to be self-serve and supported by AI-driven systems. Most questions and technical issues are resolved through automated help. If an issue remains unresolved, a human team member may manually review the case when necessary.

4.2. Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating chargebacks or disputes without first contacting support will violate our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination.
