During COVID, Mehboob Hasan Rohit was selling web hosting on the side while his first startup, an embedded systems and IoT company, was collapsing. Nobody had a real answer, so he went looking for one. He studied how spam filters actually behave, ran his own experiments, and cracked it.

After a career in academia, Mehboob started a business designing embedded systems. COVID ended it. While rebuilding, he taught himself email deliverability to solve his hosting customers’ spam problems, then listed a deliverability gig on Fiverr to see what would happen.
One order became a few, and the few became a full-time business. Within a year he was the best-selling freelancer in email deliverability on the platform. He’s since been a Top Rated Seller and Best Seller, completed a few thousand deliverability jobs, and watched about 95% of his clients come back for more.
That 95% bothered him. Clients weren’t returning because the job was never finished; they were returning because the available tools weren’t solving the problem. By year two he had 100+ unread messages at any given time and couldn’t take more work.
